Delete your Farr account
You can delete your account in the game (Settings, then Delete account) or with the form on this page.
What happens
- Your account is logged out on every device, and it is deleted 14 days after you ask.
- To change your mind, log in to the game with your username and password within those 14 days and choose "Keep my account".
- After 14 days your account and its data are deleted: profile, progress, cards, gems, chat messages, support messages and clan membership. If you lead a clan, it passes to its highest-ranked member.
- Records of purchases are kept without your name, as tax and refund records. Purchases are not refunded.
Delete with your username and password
A guest account has no password: delete it in the game, from Settings.
