Account

Responsibility for keeping login details secure, and for all activity on the account, rests with its holder. Offensive names or content, impersonation, and handing over access to get around restrictions are not allowed.

Fair play

Using bots, tampering with the client, exploiting bugs, attacking infrastructure, generating artificial load, and any other way of gaining an unfair advantage are forbidden and can lead to the account being restricted or closed.

Purchases and Gems

Gems and other in-game items have consumable value inside Farr only; they are not money and cannot be withdrawn as an asset. Credit is added only after the payment provider confirms the purchase server side. A failed transaction is followed up based on the payment provider's result and applicable payment regulations.

Selling or transferring an account

There is currently no official marketplace for buying or selling accounts. Until special terms for such a marketplace are published, trading outside the official system is not covered or guaranteed by Farr and can put account security at risk.

Service changes

To preserve balance, security or quality, cards, rewards, features or these terms may change. Significant changes are announced through the Updates section or inside the game.
